Lindsley Excavating LLC provides commercial sitework for general contractors, developers, facility owners and municipal projects across Central New York. Coordinate clearing, earthwork, underground utilities, drainage, aggregate placement and paving within one defined construction package.
A useful site proposal starts with the civil drawings and the boundary between sitework, the building contractor and specialty trades. Identify clearing limits, demolition, finished grades, utility connection points and pavement limits. We review the package for work that can be coordinated together and identify items that need a separate price or clarification.
Clearing and erosion controls lead into bulk earthwork, underground installation, backfill, subgrade preparation and pavement work. Occupied properties may need temporary access, staged deliveries or phased parking. Include these requirements with your invitation so the proposed construction sequence reflects how the property will operate.
Ask for separate prices for base work, asphalt, imported fill, exported material and restoration when those quantities are uncertain. A lump sum should identify the drawings and addenda used, the included quantities or limits, and the treatment of unsuitable soil. This gives the owner a usable scope instead of a number that changes when work starts.

Yes. Send the bid invitation and identify the portions you want priced, such as earthwork, drainage, utilities, aggregate, trucking or paving. We can review a complete package or a defined subcontract scope.
Building construction, engineering and specialty systems must be identified separately. The written proposal defines exactly what is included; the phrase complete sitework does not add unspecified trades.
Central New York and regional project inquiries are reviewed for scope, travel and scheduling. These are service areas; our business address is in Fulton, and this is not a separate branch office.
